The magnificent Mediterranean beach villa, constructed in 1944 and renovated in the 1990s and in 2016, is situated on the Encinal Bluffs, one of Malibu’s most prestigious neighborhoods, and the transaction is deemed the most expensive residential sale in Malibu this year.
